Partner Portal built using appian lowcode platform.This solution was ideated by our team in the Minion Café during a recent appian event in Europe.
The idea was to build this solution using appian which will:
- Enable software product companies to track and trace the increasing demand for their product’s certifications.
- Predict balance the demand in producttraining certifications across geographies.
- Have a mechanism to report on enablement KRAs.
- Track enhance the education partner’s efficiency.
- Meet the partner’s demands on training & certifications
Some of the key features of this hackathon were:
1.KPIs & KRAs:
For the Certifying Product Company:
- View demand by Region / geography
- Vouchers required / given to partner (Education / Non-Education partners)
- Voucher Requests.
- Upcoming Education License expiry details
For the Education Partner:
- Voucher by Region (partner-specific).
- Certification Status.
- Training effectiveness.
- Placement Effectiveness (trained & transferred to other partners / customers).
2.Actions:
For the Certifying Product Company:
- Add Education Partners Across Geographies.
- Auto Notify Education Partner license expiry.
- Voucher requests as tasks
- Email Q&Qs directly from company
For the Education Partner:
- Request New Trainer Enablement
- Request new set of vouchers.
- Raise New Enablement Opportunity (for other partners / customers)
3.Other activities:
- Conversation history for every request
